watched the meteor showers, they streak across and then just disappear into the darkness but leave a sizzling trail behind. I watched until the stars faded away into the dim waking light
Tea around 5:30.
And now it sounds like all of Berry Creek is awake and bustling with activity. Commuters , just sailing down Bald Rock Road, the birds are busy taking a bath in the little puddles on the granite stepping stones. And the crows, ever so loud, crawing and flapping their sleek black wings. The sun is already shining full on the meadow, the shadow of the woods already drawing back into itself.
The meadow. Still mostly green, damp with dew on the edge of the forest. The ponds are all full, teeming with dragonflies and tadpoles. Loud with the grunting and bellowing of the bull frogs ....
Everyday is a good day for hanging laundry. Just from the sheer joy of standing there in the middle of this ocean of fresh air and sunshine. Though, there is not much laundry to be done.
Im just wearing the same old jeans and t-shirt, for doing any yard work or hiking, a different pair of jeans and same top to go to the post office or town, and the same old bathing-suit and shorts for reading or cooking or eating. NO ONE has been here , well except about 10 days ago one truck came down when a lady was here looking for her dog. that's it.
you know, come to think about it, this resort is clothing optional!

well..........it could be! LOL hahaahhhahahahha even LESS laundry. LOL sorry, too much time alone, im cracking myself up , when im not talking to frogs and turtles.
But ....
