Am trying to stay outside as much as possible and will write more later.

Still haven't described the Sonora street festival or the Fire on the Mountain blues festival either ...later...when i get back inside.

Yesterday drove down to town and got some hose repair parts. Picked up a couple essentials while there, resisting the frozen yogurt shop...and taco bell....hooray for me! A milestone.

After waking up at 2am yesterday morning, I got really tired in the afternoon and found myself sitting on the deck fighting sleep. In hindsite i wish i had just gone to bed, but it was only 4:30pm!! I couldn't even read, i made myself get up and take a walk. It was energizing and i made it till 10PM.

Got out of bed before 7 today but slept through the whole night. got up and straightened up my stuff, hung clothes, packed stuff im not using. Made a jug of sun tea, a quart jug, Mint tea. Did minimal organizing of my stuff, it can wait till later, this beautiful day cant though. The sun is already high.

Been working in the garden all morning, the vines on the tomatoes and squashes and cucumbers grow so much over night, they need a little more "support" work every day. I think i will be picking 3 tomatoes today. There was another good handful or two of green beans....... you know, they're so good picked right off the bush that i had green beans, raw green beans, standing in the garden for breakfast today. They're so sweet. .

The lettuce so ruffly and light green and tender...a little bitter now but sprinkled with good apple cider vinegar , tossed with a boiled egg or some avocado and onion is totally yummy....( bacon too!) ( sorry vegan friends)

getting chatty here, i dont want to miss a minute in the yard or meadow ...so signing out till dark.
